Summary: Develops and implements national sales strategy for increasing sales and profits through our Resellers, including Retailers, Distributors, and OEM partners. Responsible for calling on customers and developing and coordinating sales presentations, forecasts and ensuring appropriate sales service through the effective leadership/management of the accounts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing annual business planning for account base, setting objectives, training/coaching, and evaluating performance annually.
  • Develop sales presentations and monthly / quarterly reviews that meet customer needs: review scorecards and business reviews quarterly.
  • Identify and develop strong working relationships with Key Customer's personnel in both the supply and demand side in order to clearly understand strategic direction and tactical plans to achieve better business results.
  • Provide clear direction to functional support throughout company on key issues and opportunities and effectively use POS information to identify and capitalize on sales trends.
  • Communicate across all internal departments, as appropriate, to effectively lead and direct resources to achieve customer objectives.
  • Ensure that business plans and forecast are updated monthly and reflect accurate information specifically as it relates to Mktg. funds, promotional planning, and budget expectations.
  • Determine and complete our customer's annual agreements (cost of doing business) and secure internal approvals.
  • Secures ALL accurate customer information and provides clear and concise direction across functions for handling customer's service issues: routing guides, ticketing information, web site addresses, pricing template, and all compliance issues.

  • Demonstrated project management skills, with strong analytical, communication, and problem solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Access database development and management.

Education / Experience:

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration – Sales & Marketing or related area.
  • Minimum (5) five years experience in a similar role/responsibility.
