Engineering Electronics Technician
Start Date: Immediate
Summary: The Engineering Electronics Technician will be a member of the Engineering department and tasked by the Engineering Manager and project teams.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assemble, test and debug electronic designs
- Ability to solder SMT components
- Understand the concepts of electricity: voltage, current, power, Ohm's Law, resistance, capacitance, inductance, and DC circuit analysis
- Understand the functions of transformer, capacitors, resistors, transistors, and other electrical devices
- Read and understand electronic schematics, & block diagrams
- Utilize, Digital Multi-meter, Oscilloscope, Signal Generators, and computers
- Maintain reliability test programs such as life testing, environmental testing, etc.
- Performs testing of products
- Operates assembly equipment and fixtures
- Assemble mechanical samples
- Other tasks as required to assist engineers and customers in approving our products.

- Intermediate to advanced PC-related skills in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Education / Experience:
- Minimum 2-years electronics technical training or equivalent experience.
- 2 plus years technician experience, post electronics training.
