Maintenance Technician
Start Date: Immediate
Summary: This position will perform and extensive preventative maintenance and repair procedures on inside and outside of facility, including mechanical equipment and utility systems.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Install electrical wiring and equipment; new electrical services during remodeling projects; replace and repair wiring as needed (120V – 480V).
- Repair electrical equipment, replace faulty electrical components.
- Install communication cables.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests as required.
- Perform minor and major repair of building and equipment.
- Perform preventative maintenance on building and equipment.
- Complete daily, weekly, and monthly checklists on building and equipment.
- Assist with the renovation/remodeling of building; repair plaster and drywall; paint building structures.
- Perform occasional inside and outside custodial duties as required.

- Strong electrical and troubleshooting skills.
- Basic mechanical skills.
- Strong interpersonal, teamwork skills with the ability to establish and maintain positive and effective working relationships both internally and externally.
- Good organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Basic computer skills.
Education / Experience:
- High School Diploma with Technical School/Training.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of industrial electricity experience.
- Knowledge of the National Electric Code.
