Segmented Cholesteric Display Module with LCD Controller

This Segmented Display Module can be customized to meet your unique needs. Over 100 segment outputs can be utilized to display numeric digits, characters, and icons using a direct drive scheme (single common). All Kent Displays Cholesteric Liquid Crystal Display (ChLCD) products take advantage of the technology’s unique “No Power” attribute without compromising superior optical performance even in direct sunlight. The Chip-on-Glass (COG) driver IC includes an LCD controller and a DC/DC charge pump. System integration requires only an external microcontroller for sending commands and timing signals to the LCD controller and external capacitors for use by the built-in charge pump.
