Reflex LCD Electronic Skins will bring a new level of personalization to your personal electronic or other consumer product, increasing its competitive differentiation and helping you capture aftermarket revenue.
Electronic skins are ultra thin, single pixel plastic displays that can be cut to a custom shape and conformed to your device, allowing the user to dynamically change its appearance to match their mood, clothing, preference or device status (e.g., incoming call, voice mail). By utilizing Reflex Technology, no power is required from the host device to retain the displayed image.
LCD electronic skins can are also used to feature or “activate” specific product design elements such as your company logo on a laptop.
Like all other Reflex displays, electronic skins are reflective and require no power from the host device to retain an image.
